A tall hooded figure in a white robe. His expression is covered by his thick plumage. Some notable features are his feathered mustache and a pair of white round polarized sunglasses. The coloring of his feathers are the same mottled gray-brown, with a reddish brown face that each of his species have.

Th' Founder has a reserved nature, but uses his time alone to focus on ingenious ideas and how to carry them out. He opens up among his most trusted people.
